Dear Barb & Rick,
We had a fabulous time at your townhouse. Everything was clean and in great working order, with plenty of towels. It was so nice to be able to make a real breakfast before packing the kids up for a day at the parks. We especially found the washer/dryer to be helpful.
The process at Windsor Hills was very easy. Once we did the intial check-in, which only took 2-3 minutes, we were able to get in and out with no fuss. The location is so close to Disney, and such an easy trip, that we could move back and forth at our convenience. Thanks, and we'll recommend you to all.

Well,we’re back… L Just wanted to send you a quick note to say Thanks!
We had a fantastic time – You have a very beautiful home. Oh.. the pool was so nice after the long park days. So relaxing!! I think we figured we walked about 10-11 miles per day. (now to try to keep that up at home! Ha) I was not ready to come back..

I wanted to let you know that things in Orlando are going great. the weather is fantastic! It has been in the 70's and possibly 80 tomorrow. We are enjoying our stay in your home and finding everything we need. I must say the best part of your home is the southwest facing pool; it is great to get sun all day long. The pool is definitely the highlight for the kids; it is super warm and we have been in it nonstop. The kids are actually becoming very good swimmers. I had bought life jackets but today they are swimming without them!

We just wanted to send a note to you to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at your townhome this past week. It was clean, nicely decorated and very roomy! It was also conveniently located near the parks. We also enjoyed the resort by playing tennis, basketball and using the pool. It was a great vacation.

4/19/09 Rick and Barb- I just wanted to send you an e-mail to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Florida. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in your home. It was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Everything was clean and accessible, which made the stay very pleasurable. Our kids loved the splash pool. My husband loved the pillows in the master bedroom. I just enjoyed everyone having their own space, so it didn't get to crowded. The location was close to everything. I also appreciated having Target near by.
It was sad to leave, but we have great pictures to help us remember the moments. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Dear Rick and Barb,
My family and I stayed in your wonderful town home in mid-May. Unlike a hotel, the town house offered an abundance of space, so we did not feel smothered by our two kiddos (you know how that can be). All four of us got much needed sleep on those comfortable beds! We loved being able to prepare our own food in the kitchen--it really saved us some bucks. We all loved the splash pool in the back. Relaxing in the pool was a nice way to unwind after a tiring day at the theme parks. We appreciated the short drive to the Disney parks. Thank you for renting to us. We can't imagine anywhere else we would have rather stayed. We have been telling our friends and anyone who will listen about how great your place is.

So sorry I haven't written earlier - you know how time slips away. But I did want to
tell you that we had a wonderful time in Florida. Your townhome was fabulous!
The pictures online do not do it justice! We were most pleased! And the Easter basket was a great welcome.
The location of the townhome couldn't have been more perfect. It was so convenient. The layout was
great. My parents, who are in their 70's, could stay on the ground floor without having to
deal with stairs and we had the kids up stairs with us so I felt comfortable having them close by.
I have given your website to a couple of people already and we will be sure to contact you again for our next trip.
Thank you again, so much. It was a very memorable vacation full of princesses and rollercoasters and the accommodations took out all the worry!

I just posted a trip report yesterday, and WH is awesome! I'm envious of everyone still going - you will not be disappointed. The slide lists a height requirement, but our 5-year old went down with dad or big brother at the bottom to help catch him. It is hilarious when the adults go down - my hubby shook the whole slide, and everyone laughed. A waitress told us about a Super Walmart west on 192, but if you turn right on 192 and go East about 5-7 miles, you will find a Super Walmart and a Super Target (also an ABC Liquor for those who need that). All have good prices. We could see the fireworks but weren't sure from which park. We were on the 3rd floor of a unit on Comrow St facing southeast. They weren't spectacular but were visible. Forgot to mention - if you're an early riser, check out the pond in the early morning (before 7am) or in the evening. We didn't see him but heard many reports of a 4-5 foot gator swimming around - truth or urban myth?? I wish we'd seen him.

We had a great time.  Loved your town home.  It was so tastefully decorated,
clean and the beds were so comfortable.  We felt like we were home.  Usually
have a hard time sleeping when we are away from home, but this was not the case
in your home.
 
We found a place to stay before we came to your town home.  If this had been
reversed, we would have been so disappointed.  However, it was a wonderful
surprise to pull up to your front door and then to go inside and see your
lovely home.

A splash pool just refers to a smaller sized pool. The units at Windsor Hills have a splash pool AND a hot tub/Spa so that is what they are refering too.

You will not be disappointed in Windsor Hills!! It was AWESOME!!

Next trip to the area and I will book there again.

We just returned from staying at Windsor Hills and my kids are 4 and 2. They absolutely loved it and we wished we could have stayed there longer. We did not have time to go to the pool but they were able to play in the playground. I would highly recommend renting here - very affordable and the condo we stayed in was brand new. We rented through www.xxxxxxx.com and the owner was very accomodating.
