A booking is valid only after the "Rental Agreement"
has been completed and signed, the appropriate deposit
has been paid to the Owners, and the booking has been confirmed
in writing to the Guest(s) . Once a booking
has been made, the Guest(s) agrees to abide by the rules
in reference to the home and Windsor Hills
Resort.
RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 20% of total cost
is payable at the time of booking unless the booking is
made within 6 weeks of departure when full payment is required.
(Where the booking has been made by telephone or e-mail,
the booking will be held for 4 days only.) Confirmation
of your booking along with an invoice for the balance, if
applicable, will be sent to you. The balance of the rental
including any pre-booked extras (ie.pool heat)
are payable no less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing.
6 weeks or more before arrival date = $75.00 administration fee.
6 weeks or less before arrival date = 75% cancellation charge.
3 weeks or less before arrival date = 100% cancellation charge.
note: If home can be re-rented , only $75.00 fee applies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as security deposit.
This credit card number will be charged to cover extra accommodation costs ,
loss or damage to the home in excess of normal wear and tear during the rental period.
Guests will be notified within 30 days of any charges made to the card.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards , Money Orders , Personal Checks or Bank checks.
USE OF THE HOME
Only the persons named on the Rental Agreement are allowed to
use the Home and the facilities at Windsor Hills Resort
(this is a requirement of Florida State Law).For the consideration
of our future guests PLEASE NO SMOKING,
and we are sorry but NO PETS are allowed.
MNIMUM STAY PERIODS
Bookings are only accepted for a minimum of 3 nights in
low and mid seasons, and a minimum of 5 nights in high
season.
RENTAL PERIOD AND OCCUPANCY
Check in time is 3:00 pm or later on arrival date. Check out is 10:00 or earlier
on the departure date.Earlier arrival or late departure times may be available depending
on availability , additional charges may apply. The home may be occupied by a maximum
8 people.It may be necessary for the management company to enter the home to
do routine maintenance or to make minor repairs.
SAFETY
For the safety of our guests , please follow these guidelines:
a) PLEASE supervise children under the age of 18 while in the splash
pool area and while using the facilities.
b) No diving in splash pool.
c) No glassware or other breakable utensil to be taken into
the pool area.
