How do I make a reservation?
It's very easy! First,check our availability calendar to make sure that our home is available.
Next, complete the online enquiry form on the Contact Us/Booking page or simply e-mail us with your request or question. Our rates are published , however late booking rates , discounts and special rates can apply depending on the time of year , or week. We will send you a booking form/rental agreement , or you can download the .pdf
[rental agreement]. Fill out the form and mail to us with 20% deposit to reserve the home. Once we have received the form and deposit , you are all set ! We will send you a confirmation by mail along with some "welcome" information about the home and the resort , directions , key info , etc.

What is provided in the home?
Our home is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware , toaster , coffee maker , microwave , blender ,and dishware. There is also a dishwasher for your convenience.
Two sets of sheets for each bedroom and two sets of towels for each person are provided. There are also four beach towels for the pools. Pillows, blankets and other bedding is also in the linen closet as well as an iron and ironing board.
There iare baby items: stroller , portable playpen ,high chair , and safety gate provided at no additional cost.
Both master suites and the twin room are equipped with a hairdryer and alarm clock/radios.
Each bath has small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bath. If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will want to purchase additional supplies.

Are there any grocery stores nearby?
Our home is located just off hwy 192 where many supermarkets and stores are found. There is a Publix supermarket located 2 miles West of Old Lake Wilson Road on hwy 192. There are a few Walmarts nearby , the closest is west on hwy 192 to hwy 27 and just north on the right. There are also a few convenience stores located very near the resort. And there is also an on-site store in the clubhouse as well.

How do I check in?
Check-in time is normally anytime after 3pm, Once you arrive at the resort, you will need to show the 24 hour guard staff your rental confirmation in order to be admitted to the resort and receive a parking pass. You will also need your confirmation to obtain your pass to the resort pool and clubhouse. There is a 24 hour phone number to our management team should any problems arise. There is a lockbox located at the front door, and you will be provided with your own access code on your confirmation.

How do I check out?
Checkout time is normally 10AM, unless you have made prior arrangements with us. When you are ready to leave , please make a final check that you have all of your personal items. All trash can be placed in the bin in the bench outside the front door. Dirty dishes and silverware can be left in the dishwasher. Turn off lights and appliances, lock windows, doors and sliding doors before you leave. Our cleaning staff will clean the home , but we do ask , and thank you for your consideration in leaving the home reasonably clean. The keys should be returned to the lockbox.

Is telephone service provided?
Yes , there are telephones located on the main floor by the kitchen and living area as well as in the King bedroom upstairs. Emergency (911), local (Kissimmee area) and all long distance calls are free.

What is the Splash pool / spa?
The screened in pool is right out the large sliding door. It is aprox. 12'square and can be used as either a pool for relaxing, or as a spa. The pool has steps and seats inside along one side for sitting and is aprox. 5 foot deep. The heat can be turned up to hot tub temperature and two jets provide soothing water. The jets can be used no matter what temp the water is should you not to heat the pool.

Can anyone use the resort?
No , you must be a guest at Windsor hills. As a guest you will need to get a passcard ,for which a $6.00 refundable deposit is required , to gain entrance to the clubhouse pool and game room. This was done to keep the resort private for the paying guests.

Is there internet access available?
Yes , we provide a secure high speed wireless connection in the home , there is also a wired ethernet port for non-wireless users.

How far away are the theme parks?
Windsor hills boasts being one of, if not the closest resort to Disney. We are located only minutes away from the main gate, aprox 1-2 miles. Universal, Seaworld and many of the major attractions are less than a 20 min drive.Kennedy space center and the ocean are about an hour away.
